There are times when I am stopped randomly by strangers and asked if I would take their photo. It happened again today as I was waiting for construction crews to make their way up Virginia Street. I was there on a separate photo assignment. Actually, I was asked “are we worthy of a photo?” three times from behind before I turned around. An odd question, to say the least. But, after the third time, I relented and this is what I got. Funny thing is, they didn’t even ask to see the photos…
