This fella is a regular downtown. He plays his violin or guitar along the Riverwalk for donations. He’s angry at the world. And angry with me personally because I don’t give him money when I walk by. I would go broke if I gave to every Down and Out person who approached me on the street asking for spare change. His wagon is a rolling billboard. If you can decipher the words on his chalkboards, he feels the world owes him by demanding liens be applied to people’s property. It’s not quite apparent why. Attempts to engage him have proven fruitless in the past
