As I walked up the street, this fella was being escorted by law enforcement from an event being held at Wingfield Park. A two day event celebrating Independence Day. Evidently he was being disruptive and was asked to leave the premises. He wasn’t taken into custody, but merely escorted from the area. In these images you can see he’s having difficulty controlling himself.
