The Great Reno Balloon Race was a scrub this morning, as Mother Nature would not cooperate weather wise. The area is in the midst of a major drought and today was the only day it had to thunderstorm, delaying the annual event. Good thing we have 2 more days.

That balloon looks almost photoshopped in the picture. Neat!

Although not a Photoshop image, I did apply a Solarizing Filter from my NIK Collection to make it pop. After experimenting with the filter, I too thought the result looked neat

Yes! It is pretty cool. I probably should have said it looks like a sticker. That might have been a better descriptor on my part. Great photo!
