April is National Donate Life Month. Due to the weather being cold and blustery, the presentation part of the ceremony was cancelled. Several local dignitaries were scheduled to speak, including our Mayor. But the powers that be decided to cancel. The Arch was quazi ceremoniously lit up with a count down by the city workers in attendance in the blue and green without much additional fanfare. The lighting was live streamed over Facebook by this guy for all to see
