The Union Pacific Railroad Machine Shop, built 120 years ago, was being razed to make way for their expansion of Intermodal Container handling. In other words, a parking lot for container trailers. The building hadn’t been used as a machine shop in years, instead as storage for RV’s, etc. The demolition was seemingly being done in three phases. Cleaning up the resulting debris from each before moving on to the next.
