Not sure what was going on with this young woman. I happened to see her down in the Train Trench, a 2.25 mile trench, dug 33 feet below grade, that stretches through the downtown area of Reno. The homeless like to use it for their encampments. That is until authorities boot them out. It is the private property of the Union Pacific Railroad, after all. This wasn’t shot because of what she was doing in the moment. It was happenstance. She never completely disrobed. She seemed spooked by something down the tracks.
