I walked by this fella earlier. He was sprawled out on the sidewalk passed out. Evidently someone called for help. Members of the Fire Department were the first to respond. He had a number of medications in a plastic bag, which was probably the reason for his condition. Eventually REMSA showed up and transported him to a local hospital.
