This was the second water rescue call downtown, that I’m aware of, in as many days. The first was basically a non-emergency, probably based on two empty inflatables drifting down river 30 minutes before the call went in. This one actually had two individuals who found themselves stranded on an island that had no real easy way out without a little help.
