The pigeon, by the looks of it’s wing, appeared to have had a close encounter with something that wasn’t forgiving. Like a vehicle or a window. It tried and tried to fly, but just couldn’t. The other images are of a couple of Black Crowned Night Herons, both male and female, safely tucked among the branches of the trees, trying to get some shuteye.
