The downtown area was blocked off to traffic on Monday, giving the artist’s ample time to set up their lighted sculptures. Of course Mother Nature had to dump several inches of snow on the valley on Tuesday, slowing progress to a snails pace. The festival officially starts early evening on Thursday February 19th.
