A new Ad Banner was being installed on the temporary fencing surrounding the plaza area of the closed Harrah’s Casino Resort. The property was closed permanently back during the Covid pandemic. It was eventually sold, but about 2 years into the remodel/repurpose, the new owners ran out of financing or had a disagreement and went bankrupt. It was recently sold to a new group and the repurposing continued. But again, there must be trouble in river city. I was told the new banner reflects a change in one of the participating companies involved in the repurposing. Somebody dropped out of the project, which has plagued this project since it’s inception.
