It’s the middle of April and it felt like Winter with the winds howling down Arlington Avenue from the North. But it didn’t keep crews from their duties of laying Asphalt along the road between the bridges and at the intersection of First St and Arlington Ave.

They are on target for a May 27 ribbon cutting
