The fella in the images is an attorney who owns a repurposed mansion on the hill as his office. He also owns this small parking lot for his clients. That is for his clients only. At most, there’s never been more than 3 cars on the lot. And 2 are employees. And I get that, but he is obsessed with controlling everything that involves the property. He’s so cheap, he takes time between cases (I’m assuming he has cases) to do the manual labor that he could hire a handyman to do, like paint stripes on the pavement. He’s also been a pain in the backside of the construction contractor building the bridges. He complains about everything. Complained about the street closure, the noise and the dust created by the construction. Demanding some kind of barrier be erected to cut down on the noise and prevent the dust from landing on his property. Recently someone vandalized his parking lot gate, which because he’s too cheap, he had to repair himself. And he thinks by adding all these additional signs, it will deter pedestrians from walking through. But as you can see in the final image, the signs were ignored.

Maybe, as a final solution, he needs to erect a 10 foot security fence around his entire property with an attack dog and guard posts at each entry point. Or maybe he just needs to chill and try to get along with people.
