The Offbeat Music Society, in collaboration with the City of Reno, presents the third year of the Off The Rails Summer Concert Series. A free concert held under the Reno Arch once a month during the Summer.

This evening’s musical guests were headliner Kelly McFarling, an indie-folk singer-songwriter from the Bay Area and local Reno band Kingwhistler.
