The Offbeat Music Society, in collaboration with the City of Reno, presents the third year of the Off The Rails Summer Concert Series. A free concert held under the Reno Arch once a month during the Summer.

This evening’s musical guests were headliner High Step Society, a high-flying, beat-dropping, big band dance party with an ear to the past from Portland, OR and DJ Carlo.
